LEGACY DEVICE RETRIEVAL

Do you have an old hard disc drive from which you wish to retrieve data, but nowhere on your current computer to plug it in?

We can retrieve data from both IDE and SATA internal hard drives, CDs, DVDs, as well as external devices such as memory sticks and SD cards, and transfer their contents to modern storage such as internal or external hard drives, memory sticks or the cloud.

In conjunction with our Data Recovery service, we can retrieve data that has been deleted or from reformatted media.

PLEASE NOTE: Data retrieval/recovery is not guaranteed, as effectiveness is limited by external factors beyond our control which adversely affect the stored data. These include, but are not limited to: storage conditions (proximity to strong heat/light sources or magnetic fields), physical damage to the device (broken connectors, damage to read/write heads or disc platters, damaged circuit boards, failed spindle motors or read/write head stepper motors) and the use of high grade data erasure techniques. We will do our utmost to look after your storage media whilst they are in our possession.
